How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

What do you specialize in?

We specialize in active lifestyle products, carefully curated for those who enjoy movement, adventure, and wellness. Our selection includes high-quality items with a strong focus on products from Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, bringing unique and innovative offerings to our customers.

Where are you located?

All orders are processed from Saint Petersburg, FL.

Do you have a physical store?

At this stage we are online only.

Shipping

Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment.
  • Orders can be cancelled/altered up to 1 hour after being placed. Please contact sales@intrepid-collective.com for help.
  • We process shipments Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
  • Standard shipping times vary based on location and carrier estimates. Typical delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

3. Shipping Rates

  • All orders under $50 have a flat rate of $8. Orders over $50 are free.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories (if applicable). Please contact us if you would like an international order.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at Sales@intrepid-collective.com for assistance.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns

Thank you for shopping with us. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition with original packaging and tags attached.
  • Certain items, such as final sale, personalized, or perishable goods, are non-returnable.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at sales@intretepid-collective.com.
  • We will provide a return authorization number (RAN) and detailed instructions.
  • Securely pack the item and include the RAN inside the package.
  • Ship the item to the return address provided.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 5 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
